Second Opinion Video Consultations

Learning new information about a medical issue can leave you with more unanswered questions.
Many doctors in the MDView network offer video consults to discuss their findings and answer your questions.

One-on-One Access to Radiology Experts

Your selected expert radiologist will review their findings and give you the opportunity to ask questions and learn the options you have based on your results

Through a secure video connection, you will have the opportunity to see first-hand what the areas of interest look like in your imaging as your MDView doctor shares their screen to review your scan with you.

PRIVATE ONLINE CONSULTATIONS

Speak directly with the imaging expert to understand what is seen on your scan, hear your options for next steps, and understand why they are making these recommendations, all done from the comfort and privacy of home.

PICKING A TELEHEALTH PROVIDER

It's easy to add a Video Consultation. Once selected, your customized list of eligible specialists will display only doctors who offer consultations.

You can then review each specialist’s consultation schedule to be sure their availability is convenient for you.

ADDING A VIDEO CONSULT

If you didn’t purchase a consult when you ordered your second opinion report, you can still add a consultation after your report is completed as long as your selected radiologist offers video consultations.

SCHEDULING YOUR CONSULT

Once your provider has completed their expert opinion on your radiology scan, you can schedule your consult using their availability calendar within the platform.

SECURE VIDEO CONSULTATIONS

The MDView video conferencing application is securely embedded within your MDView account, ensuring you can confidently discuss sensitive medical information found in your radiology second opinion with your selected radiologist.
